Paul Downer, Managing Partner

Paul Downer is the managing partner of DB RESIDENTIAL, a boutique real estate investment firm with a niche grounded in the investing, advising, improving and profitably re-selling of distressed properties located in Southern California.  

Between 2005-2010 Paul gained invaluable experience as he worked directly with industry leading executives at one of the highest producing and most experienced real estate investment firms that specialized in trustee sales in the Southern California area.  During his tenure as Director of Operations, the firm purchased and profitably sold over 1,000 properties. 

Establishing DB Residential in 2011, Paul now successfully operates his own firm through his vast knowledge and experience being deeply rooted in this unique industry.  Since DB Residential's inception, Paul has intricately overseen the acquisition, remodel and re-sale of more than 400 properties.
